It has been a long and difficult journey, lasting over 18 months, but God has provided! Bob and Julie Mendonsa of Naomi's Village now own the land they have desperately wanted and needed for over a year. Read their message below:
Praise God! We now own 20 beautiful acres of CPA land at the foothills of Mt. Longonot. To say that it is scenic is an understatement. This has been a hard process we began 18 months ago, with so many disappointments. To be honest, we had reached the point of a combination of cynicism and complete surrender, but we kept following the process and persevering. And God finally gave us the desire of our heart. There is no way that this land and the circumstances around us finding it and getting it at such a great price right on the highway could be attributed to anyone but God. We always said that is what we wanted. This will give us stories to tell about Him from here on out. So celebrate God’s goodness with us and pray as we start down the road towards construction next.
