50 Muslims Respond to the Gospel

In Pastor Ibrahim’s first trip back to the Thobo area since Empower Dreams’ relief efforts, the impact was immediate and miraculous. Fifty Muslims responded to the good news of Jesus Christ and have now committed to being discipled as Christ followers. This incredible outpouring of the Holy Spirit is just the beginning of what we believe will be a historic movement in the region. Hearts are wide open to the Gospel message.

Using the projector funded by Empower Dreams, Pastor Ibrahim held two Jesus Film showings that drew large crowds. One showing attracted 150 people and another 100 people. These gatherings are powerful moments where communities come together to hear the Gospel for the first time in their heart language.

Relief Opens Doors to the Gospel

The famine relief provided by Empower Dreams has opened doors that were previously closed. Communities that were once resistant to the Gospel are now welcoming Pastor Ibrahim and his team with open arms. The practical love shown through food and supplies has demonstrated Christ’s compassion in a tangible way.

Ongoing Discipleship

The new believers are being actively discipled, and Pastor Ibrahim continues to make regular visits to the area. The need for continued support is great, as these new communities of faith are in their earliest and most vulnerable stages.

The harvest is plentiful. Your generosity is not just feeding bodies — it is feeding souls. Thank you for being part of this incredible work of the Lord.

To God be the glory!
