Ten years ago, Empower Dreams was born out of a simple but powerful conviction: every dollar donated should go directly to the mission field, and every partnership should be built on personal relationships. What started as a small vision has grown into a ministry that spans multiple continents and touches thousands of lives each year.

Looking back over the past decade, we are humbled by what God has accomplished. Orphans in Kenya have been cared for through Naomi’s Village and the Fountain of Life Orphanage. Unreached people groups in Africa and Asia have heard Scripture in their heart languages for the first time. Discipleship movements have taken root in Peru, China, Vietnam, and beyond. And through it all, our commitment to 100% pass-through giving has remained unchanged.

But we are not content to simply celebrate the past. The next decade calls for even greater intentionality. We are sharpening our focus around three core activities: identifying highly effective discipleship and evangelism partnerships, nurturing personal relationships with every partner through regular field visits, and resourcing proven partners who are already bearing fruit. This refined approach allows us to pour fuel on the fires God is already lighting.
